Bleeding Into the Metaverse at Tai Kwun,
Hong Kong
Our first international edition of Bleeding Into the Metaverse! This work will be part of Artists’ Night at Tai Kwun in partnership with Art Basel Hong Kong. Even in 2025, images of period blood and menstruating avatars are banned in metaverse environments. This work is, therefore, a feminist dance party and performance artwork in support of equal rights for menstruating bodies.
